Q. I could not receive the e-mail.

The reason could be due to the following:

The e-mail was received in a spam folder.
Please check a spam folder of your mail software.
The e-mail was blocked by mail filter.
When using a mail address of a mobile phone in particular, there is a possibility which becomes the setting which refuses "mail from the internet".
Please change the mail filter setting to be able to get the mail from "egakkai.com" domain.

Q. I cannot log in.

The reason could be due to the following:

Your account has not been created.
To use this site, you need to ceate an account.
Please click the "Create Account" button at the top of this site and follow the procedure. After that you can log in.
E-mail address is wrong.
You need to enter the registered e-mail address correctly. For example, when dot(.) is changed to comma(,), you cannot login.
The password is wrong.
You need to enter the registered password correctly. Please ensure that uppercase, lowercase and symbols are input correctly.

Q. I lost password.

Please try "Lost Password".

Q. When I reset the password, will my application be deleted?

No, it will not be deleted. If you use the same e-mail address, your application will be maintained.
